Central Street Evanston’s HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE, “Home For The Holidays”, SUNDAY DECEMBER 6th from 12-4 pm

Evanston, Il--(Nov.17, 2015)--Central Street Evanston announces its annual Holiday Open House, “Home For The Holidays” on Sunday Dec.6th from 12-4 pm. Stores and businesses along the 1800-2100 blocks of Central Street will celebrate the Holiday Season with discounts, raffles, refreshments and holiday surprises including old family recipes and family photos from holidays past. It’s a great way of bringing traditions from families and community together and to celebrate shopping local. Central Street is a unique shopping district and thrives because of loyal and continual support from the community.
This day of family fun includes visits with Santa, The All Village Singers, kids activities, live music and storytelling.
The Holiday Open House is a thank you to the loyal customers who shop Central Street, Evanston. The retailers and businesses on Central Street have instituted a SHOP SMALL STORES Campaign that has been very successful and has brought an awareness of shopping local and investing in one’s own community.
