KOI HOSTS DUMPLING DEMO 101 CLASS
Learn how to craft beef and vegetable dumplings at Koi
EVANSTON, IL (OCTOBER 17, 2015) – Koi Fine Asian Cuisine & Lounge is excited to host a Dumpling Demo 101 class on Saturday, October 17th at noon. The Executive Chef at Koi will instruct a class teaching guests how to create dumplings in the traditional Chinese way.
Attendees will start from scratch to create authentic beef and vegetable dumplings in Koi’s tranquil private event room. Learn how to yeast the dough, mix the fillings, wrap the dumplings, and cook them to absolute perfection. Guests will of course have the opportunity to enjoy their creations after the fully instructed class.
