Lakefront Path at Northwestern To Close For Construction Monday

A portion of the Northwestern University lakefront walking and biking path on Northwestern’s Evanston campus will be closed starting Monday, June 22 because of construction in the area.

The northern portion of the path near the playing fields will be closed due to construction in the area, but the southern portion, including the new section of path near the sailing beach and the Music and Communication Building, will remain open. The entire path is expected to reopen late this year, depending on weather.
