Last Chance: Sign Your Kids up for Spring Break Camp
The city offers camps for preschoolers through high school students.

Tired of your children lounging around during spring break? Are they looking for a way to get out of the house, be creative and have fun?
The City of Evanston offers plenty of options for local kids, hosting 15 spring break camps running from April 2 – 6. But for many options, registration will be closing soon.
The five-day programs range in focus, and include options such as Shakespeare theater, tennis, pee wee sports, basketball, chess, volleyball, fine arts sessions and nature camp.

Each session is tailored to a specific age group, and depending on the program, camp costs range between $1 and $334 for residents.
Though four of offerings list a March 26 deadline, a Chandler-Newberger employee said that all programs would take applicants so long as spaces remains available.
