Man Charged With Robbing Aldi at Gunpoint
The Chicago resident faces a felony armed robbery charged from the alleged September incident in Evanston.

EVANSTON, IL - Police in Evanston arrested a Chicago man accused of robbing the Aldi Foods on Oakton Street on Sunday.
Hamilton G. Solorzano was charged with armed robbery, a class X felony, in connection to the incident alleged to have occurred on Jan. 9 around 9 p.m.
Police said Solorzano robbed an Aldi cashier at gunpoint of more than $1,500 in cash. They were led to Solorzano through “witnesses, video and physical evidence.”
