Man Stole Mail From Evanston Condo Building: Cops
Chicago man found with packages that were delivered to Hinman Avenue building.

A Chicago man is facing two counts of burglary, a Class 2 felony, in connection with a Monday night incident in which mail packages were allegedly stolen from a condominium building in the 1500 block of Hinman Avenue.
The manager of the building confronted the man - later identified as Chicago resident Angel Marquez - as he left the building, but he fled on foot. Police later arrested Marquez near Chicago Avenue and Davis Street.
“Several packages which were identified as having been delivered to the building on Hinman as well as another condominium building in the 900 block of Hinman Avenue were recovered in his backpack,” according to a police report. “The packages contained photographic film, clothing and an umbrella.”
