New Year's Eve Dining at Quince

Chef Motto Features Four Course Menus with Champagne

Executive Chef Andy Motto has created two, special set menus for New Year’s Eve guests dining at Quince. Celebrants may choose a four course menu that features black truffle salad, scallop with caviar, vension, and chocolate beet cake for $85; or, a four course vegetarian menu that includes black truffle salad, cauliflower, spaetzle, and white chocolate cremeux for $75. Both menus, outlined below, include a flute of champagne to toast the New Year.

Chocolate Beet Cake – raspberry, stout, hazelnut
