Nicor Gas to Inspect Sewers in Evanston
Some areas of the city will be affected ahead of a natural gas main installation planned for April.
EVANSTON, IL - Nicor Gas is in the midst of performing sewer inspections and identifying new meter locations in areas in Evanston, according to a news release from the city.
In April, Nicor will install a new natural gas main in Evanston.
Affected areas include:
- 1335 Asbury Ave.
- 800 – 1106 Dempster St.
- 1226 – 1570 Elmwood Ave.
- 900 – 1227 Greenwood St.
- 900 – 1115 Grove St.
- 1202 - 1323 Maple Ave.
- 1239 – 1555 Oak Ave.
- 1202 – 1240 Sherman Ave.
