Early voting in suburban Cook County continues through Nov. 5.

COOK COUNTY, IL — Early voting is underway until Election Day Nov. 6 at the Cook County Clerk's Office and suburban courthouses, with additional municipal early voting locations set to open Oct. 22. Government-issued photo ID is not required to vote early, according to the Cook County Clerk's Office, although it is helpful if there are questions regarding voters' registration information, signatures or addresses.

Cook County residents can also register to vote at all early voting sites. Any voter wishing to register or file a change of address form must provide two forms of ID. At least one of them must show the voter's current address, according to the clerk's office.
