Obituary: Michael Lewis Levitas, 73

Michael Lewis Levitas, age 73, of Scottsdale, AZ, passed away June 4, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Karen, children, Steve Levitas (Lesly), Amy Levitas Greene (Matt) and grandchildren, Emma, Michael, Olivia, Gabe and Izzy. He is also survived by his brother, Jim Levitas (Donna) and sister, Edith Schultz (Arthur). He grew up in Evanston, Illinois, graduated Evanston Township High School in 1960 moved to Telluride, Colorado in 1993 and then Scottsdale, AZ in 2011. A celebration of Mike’s life will be held on June 18th at Evanston Golf Club, 4401 Dempster Street, Skokie, IL from 1-5 pm.
