OnlyFans Owner, Northwestern Alum, Dead At 43

Leo Radvinsky, the owner of OnlyFans, died of cancer, according to a company statement.

EVANSTON, IL — Leo Radvinsky, the owner of OnlyFans and Northwestern University alumnus, has died at 43.

According to a company statement shared with Reuters on Monday, Radvinsky died of cancer. He was born in the Ukraine and raised in Chicago, where he obtained a degree in economics at Northwestern.

"We are deeply saddened ​to announce the death of Leo ​Radvinsky. Leo passed away peacefully after a ⁠long battle with cancer," an OnlyFans ​spokesperson said. "His family have requested privacy at ​this difficult time."

Radvinsky purchased Fenix International, the parent company of OnlyFans, from its founder Tim Stokely in 2018. He served as a director on Fenix's board and was its majority shareholder.

Under Radvinsky's leadership, the website switched focus from being a general subscription site to an adult-content website.

According to estimates from Forbes, Radvinsky was worth $4.7 million when he died.
