Orren Pickell Building Group Receives Prestigious CertainTeed Gypsum Award

NORTHFIELD, Ill. (December 11, 2015) – Orren Pickell Building Group is proud to announce their National Finalist award from CertainTeed Gypsum. They received this award for their extraordinary innovation in drywall technology for a 6,300 square-feet Concept House they built in Bull Valley, Illinois.

This fall in Dallas, the global company CertainTeed Gypsum held its first CertainTeed Gypsum National Trophy event, which celebrated the work of the drywall contractors across the United States. The projects, ranging from custom residential to large commercial buildings, showcased the wide range of applications their products can be used in.

Pickell was chosen from among 27 projects industry professionals submitted nationally by the CertainTeed Gypsum community, which is a globally popular establishment with more than 10,000 unique daily visitors.

“This award is especially rewarding because it is chosen based on one of our favorite projects, our annual concept house inspired by our designs,” says Eric Pickell, Remodel Lite Project Manager of Orren Pickell Building Group. “It tells us that our commitment to quality design speaks to fellow designers and inspires their own ideas for their homes.”
