People Injured in Porch Collapse in Evanston Monday Night
Four were taken to local hospitals and others were treated at the scene in the 1900 block of Darrow.

A second-floor porch collapsed at 1941 Darrow in Evanston at about 8:45 p.m. Monday, sending four people to local hospitals, according to Evanston officials.
About a dozen people were on the porch when it fell, according to a statement by Village Manager Wally Bobkiewicz. Four people were taken to Evanston North Shore and Presence St. Francis hospitals and treated for minor injuries, Bobkiewicz said in a statement late Monday. Others were treated at the scene.
