Join us for a rockout POUND workout with POUNDPro, Mishra Keller. This 3 week class runs Thursdays April 7 - April 21 from 7:30-8:30

Join us for a rock-out POUND workout with POUNDPro, Mishra Keller. POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles – all while rocking out to your favorite music!

This 3-week preview will give you a taste of the fun and fitness available in a POUND class!
