Power Outages Affect 600 in Evanston
Late-night ComEd outage caused closing of Northwestern library.

Power outages affected more than 600 Commonwealth Edison customers in Evanston Monday night.
Outages were prevalent at Northwestern University, affecting students in the University Library, Blomquist Recreation Center and portions of Norris University Center, according to the Daily Northwestern.
Students were told to leave the library around 10:45 p.m. Power was restored there less than an hour later, but the building remained closed.

The outage was resolved by 12:04 a.m. Tuesday, according to the ComEd website.
