Pro-Rape Blogger Cancels International 'Men's Rights' Meetup
Noted misogynist Roosh V. planned two of the worldwide anti-woman meetups in Rogers Park.

CHICAGO, IL - Roosh Valizadeh, the organizer of a worldwide men’s rights meetup scheduled for Saturday at hundreds of locations including one at the corner of Broadway/Devon/Sheridan in the city’s Rogers Park neighborhood, has canceled the event.
“I can no longer guarantee the safety or privacy of the men who want to attend on February 6, especially since most of the meetups can not be made private in time,” Roosh V., the leader of the Return of Kings group, posted on his website late Wednesday night. “While I can’t stop men who want to continue meeting in private groups, there will be no official Return Of Kings meetups. The listing page has been scrubbed of all locations. I apologize to all the supporters who are let down by my decision.”
The plans of the group, which previously published a blog suggesting rape should be made legal if done off public property, garnered national attention when news broke of the plan to meet at the various locations.
