Radio Pioneer Marilyn Gardner Dies
Marilyn Gardner was the founder of the Evanston Amateur Radio Community.
EVANSTON, IL - The founder of the Evanston Amateur Radio Community has died.
Services were held Tuesday for Marilyn Gardner, 73, according to Evanston Now. Gardner was a longtime choir director at the church and was an active member of several area radio groups, including the North Shore Radio Club.
