September 11 Ceremony Planned in Fireman's Park
The city will hold an observance recognizing the victims of 9/11 on Sept. 11, 2012, at Fireman's Park. Mayor Elizabeth Tisdahl, Fire Chief Greg Klaiber and others will speak.

Evanston's police and fire departments will hold a ceremony to honor the victims of 9/11 this Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012 in .
During the 30-minute ceremony, Mayor Elizabeth Tisdahl, Fire Chief Greg Klaiber Fire Chaplain David Jones and others will speak. Members of the public are encouraged to attend the memorial, which begins at 7:30 a.m.
