Sitka Salmon Shares Dinner at Found

On May 18 at 6:30 pm, Chef Nicole Pederson partners with Sitka Salmon Shares for a special evening of wild-caught Alaskan seafood and beer at Found. A community supported fishery, Sitka Salmon Shares helps source high-quality, sustainable seafood to chefs and home cooks in the Midwest direct from its fishermen owners in Alaska. Chef Pederson will prepare a seasonal four-course meal using fish like king salmon and black cod, pairing the dinner with local beer from Miskatonic Brewing. Sitka's co-founder and vice president Marsh Skeele will be in attendance to share fishing tales and more about his work with Sitka Salmon Shares. The four-course dinner is $54 with beer pairings, and reservations can be made by emailing fun@foundkitchen.com.
