Beer and Gin Dinner on February 17 hosted by Smylie Brothers Brewing Company and Chicago Distilling Company.

On Wednesday, February 17, Smylie Brothers Brewing Company hosts its February beer dinner with Chicago Distilling Company. The inspiration for this dinner came from the brewery’s Gin Barrel Aged Farmhouse beer that was brewed in Chicago Distilling Company’s gin barrels. Smylie Brothers Executive Chef Grant Carey has created a multi-course dinner with dishes such as Citrus Cured Salmon Potato & Leek Latkes, Duck Confit, and Mojo Marinated Smoked Pork Shoulder. At the event, guests will mingle with Chef Carey, Smylie Brothers Head Brewer Brad Pulver and Distiller/Co-Founder Noelle DiPrizio from Chicago Distilling Company. Tickets are available for $25.00 each can be purchased online at PayPal, at the brewpub or by calling Smylie Brothers at 224-999-7320.
