Suicidal Man Who Fled Ambulance Found in Wisconsin: Cops
Police will speak to Jumal Lipscomb about an alleged battery on the ambulance and a robbery reported shortly after.

The missing suicidal man accused of striking an ambulance attendant and fleeing the vehicle while it was transporting him to Evanston Hospital on Friday has been found.
Police in Evanston said Monday morning that Jumal Lipscomb, 32, of Milwaukee was located in Lake Mills, Wisc. and is currently in the custody of Wisconsin authorities. Lake Mills is a small city in Jefferson County, about 27 miles east of Madison.
Authorities said Friday that Lipscomb struck a 26-year-old woman who was working in the ambulance around 4:35 p.m. and fled with his belongings in the area of Gross Point Road and Central Street. Lipscomb was also wanted for questioning in a robbery incident that occurred shortly after involving an 85-year-old woman in the 2400 block of Hastings Avenue.

Evanston police detectives are “actively investigating the battery of the ambulance attendant as well as the robbery,” according to a police news release.
