TAWANI Property Management Announces Newest Tenant, Empirical Brewery

Chicago, IL – TAWANI Property Management, the property management division of TAWANI Enterprises, Inc., has finalized a new lease with Empirical Brewery at the former space that housed Act One Pub in Rogers Park. TAWANI Property Management had been in search of an ideal tenant for the front of the house area located on Morse Avenue. Empirical Brewery, a Chicago-based production house exploring the science of beer will be leasing the commercial space next door to Mayne Stage on Morse Ave, in addition to the restaurant area.

“Empirical Brewery is a great fit for the neighborhood and is well-respected in the brewpub landscape,” explains a TAWANI spokesperson. “We are very excited about having them as a tenant and look forward to a long-term relationship with Empirical.” Mayne Stage will remain in its current space adjacent to Empirical Brewery, and will continue to host private events such as weddings, birthdays, corporate events and more in the theatre area.
