Ticket Station at Davis Street Metra Station Temporarily Closed

EVANSTON, IL - The ticket office at the Davis Street Metra station in Evanston is closed temporarily and no date has been set for a possible reopening.

According to a memo from the city of Evanston, the ticket office closure won't affect trains servicing the station or the warming room on the platform level, which will remain open from 6-11 a.m. on weekdays.

Metra customers can purchase tickets using the Ventra Mobile App or on board from the conductor. While the Davis Street office is closed, customers boarding there will not be charged the standard $5 fee when purchasing a one-way, cash-fare ticket from the conductor.
