Toast 25 years of Helping Chicago Youth at A Silver Soiree

CHICAGO, IL- Children’s Place Association’s Junior Board is celebrating 25 years of serving Chicago’s most vulnerable children at their premier fundraiser, A Silver Soiree. On Friday, June 17th from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM at Chez-Chicago. Children’s Place Association’s Junior Board will be offering guests an evening full of live music by Chicago Funk Mafia, cocktails, appetizers, silent auction and a few surprises. Enjoy a Friday night in the city that actually gives back.

For 25 years Children’s Place Association has developed innovative programs that help children overcome the dual challenges of illness and extreme poverty. Originally founded in response to HIV/AIDS, it now serves children and families facing a wide range of conditions, including cancer, epilepsy, heart conditions, autism and HIV.

Since opening in 1991, the nonprofit has helped more 4,000 people and currently provides services to 375 Chicago-area children and parents. Its Children’s Place International programs bring vital help to vulnerable children in the Caribbean and Africa.

Cost: General Admission tickets are priced at $90.00 and will be sold at $110.00 if purchased at the door the night of the event.
