Vietnamese Fast Food Coming to Evanston
Pair to open 'Viet Nom Nom' on Church Street this fall.

EVANSTON, IL - A Vietnamese fast food restaurant will open a fast, affordable and healthy food option sometime this fall on Church Street in Evanston.
The restaurant, Viet Nom Nom, has grown through catering and pop-up locations set up by founders Alan Moy and Noah Bleicher, according to a Daily Northwestern report. The food has increased in popularity at Northwestern University and through partnerships with community institutions.
The menu was compiled after the owners visited similar restaurants in San Francisco and Seattle.
