Vineyard Church Improvements To Impact Autobarn Traffic Beginning May 20
Shure Drive access limited during construction.

Submitted by the City of Evanston
Starting Wednesday, May 20, due to site improvements at Vineyard Church, Autobarn of Evanston will be temporarily unable to use Shure Dr., a private drive, to access its building, which is currently under construction. Vineyard Church’s improvement project is expected to be completed in 5 to 10 days, with Shure Dr. scheduled to be completed first.
During this time, there will be additional traffic along residential streets in the area to allow Autobarn and its subcontractors to continue work at the Autobarn site. (See map of affected area below.) Impact is expected to be minimal, and it will be unlikely that large trucks and car carriers will use area side streets. City of Evanston construction hours are limited to 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. Autobarn will be able to access Shure Dr. during non-construction hours.
