Yard Waste Stickers Available at The Home Depot Again

EVANSTON, IL - Yard waste stickers are once again available at The Home Depot in Evanston.

The store recently paid back thousands of dollars it owed the city of Evanston for previous sales of yard waste stickers. The city announced last month the store would no longer be allowed to sell the stickers, but the two sides have apparently reached an agreement and The Home Depot purchased stickers for the remaining 2016 season.

According to the city, Evanston residents may purchase yard waste stickers for $1.75 each at the following locations:

• The Home Depot – 2201 Oakton St.
• Jewel Osco – 1128 Chicago Ave.
• Jewel Osco – 2491 Howard St.
• Jewel Osco – 411 Green Bay Rd., Wilmette
• Lemoi Ace Hardware – 1008 Davis St.
• Collector’s Office – Morton Civic Center, 2100 Ridge Ave.
• Levy Senior Center – 300 Dodge Ave.
• Chalet Nursery – 3132 Lake Ave., Wilmette
