Peter Andreotti is only a sophomore, but in one of Marist's biggest games of the season he played like a veteran.  Andreotti had 112 rushing yards on 19 carries and <a href="https://patch.com/A-mspJ" rel="noopener" target="_blank">scored one touchdown in Marist's 33-20 loss to Nazareth</a> on Friday night. His touchdown early in the third quarter helped cut the Road Runner lead to 20-13.  Andreotti's emergence as reliable running back provided a great complement to quarterback Ian Woodworth's passing attack. And, even with the loss, Andreotti will continue to be a focus for <a href="https://patch.com/L-sfq8" rel="noopener" target="_blank">Marist</a> as the RedHawks strive to earn a berth in the IHSA football playoffs. He is honored today as the Patch Athlete of the Week.
