Attention Old Mustangs: EPCHS Class of ‘72 Holds 50-Year Reunion

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Old Mustangs from the class of 1972 will be marking the half-century mark since they graduated from Evergreen Park Community High School the weekend of Oct. 7 through Oct. 9, coinciding with homecoming.

The class will be gathering for a 50-year reunion dinner, including drinks, dinner and music, Oct. 8 at American Legion Post 854, 9705 S. Kedzie Ave., Evergreen Park. The cost is $50 per person and includes a cash bar. After Sept. 1, the cost is $60.

The reunion weekend schedule is still being finalized, but tentative plans include:

  • Oct. 7 - Homecoming game, EPCHS v. Shepard, 6 p.m.
  • Oct. 8 - Village of Evergreen Park and high school tour (day), time to be determined
  • Oct. 8 - Reunion dinner (night), American Legion Post 854, time to be determined
  • Oct. 9 - Brunch Sunday morning, time to be determined
