BBQ Hall Of Famer Meathead Offers Grilling Tips Friday At EP Library

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Get some grilling tips from a BBQ hall of famer Friday, June 21, at the Evergreen Park Public Library, 9400 S. Troy Ave. Meathead, formerly known as Craig Goldwyn, will be appearing in person at 6:30 p.m.

Meathead runs the world’s most popular barbecue and grilling website, AmazingRibs, garnering one million monthly visitors. He’ll be talking about his best-selling cookbook, Meathead: The Science of Great Barbecue and Grilling.
