Enliven Yourself
This week begins a new session of yoga classes at Jacobs Well in Evergreen Park, Wednesday at 6pm and Thursday at 9:30am, the class is open to all levels.

Spring is a wonderful time of year, in nature we’re experiencing new growth, new beginnings, color and brightness. Take a moment to connect with the breath, connecting with the possibilities of bringing a sense of springtime into your own life. Visualize new growth, new beginnings, and a sense of vibrancy!
We brought Spring into our last yoga class with a theme of “Enliven Yourself.” We practiced rebooting our system by creating a little more energy and a little more brightness. Also, practicing yoga helps the body release stress, in turn giving the body a signal to begin to restore itself, to rebalance. This allows the body to move forward in a compassionate loving way.
This week begins a new session of yoga classes at Jacobs Well in Evergreen Park, Wednesday at 6pm and Thursday at 9:30am, the class is open to all levels. We come together to connect with the breath; stay present in the moment to be fully engaged in our yoga practice. Leaving the class feeling centered, relaxed, energized and alive. Are you ready to set an Intention?
