Calling All Flakes To Capauno Ice Rink For Evergreen Park Flake Fest
The free winter festival at Capuano Ice Rink in Yukich Fields features a learn-to-skate hockey clinic and open skating Saturday, Feb. 3.
OAK LAWN, IL — It’s that flakey time of year again. Get some rosy cheeks by heading out to Flake Fest, this Saturday, Feb. 3. Flake Fest runs from 12:30 to 6 p.m. at the Daniel V. Capauno Ice Rink at Yukich Fields, 89th Street and Kedzie Avenue.
The free winter festival starts with a “learn to skate” hockey clinic from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. A free open skate runs from 2 to 6 p.m. Skate rental is $4. Barraco’s Pizza will be selling slices.
