Capuano Ice Rink Now Open For Skating and Hockey In Evergreen Park
The Daniel Capauno Ice Rink in Yukich Field opens this weekend for the 2022-2023 season for rat hockey and open skating. See the schedule.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — It’s time to glide across the ice again at the Daniel V. Capuano Ice Rink in Evergreen Park. The ice rink, located at 89th Street and Kedzie Avenue in Yukich Field, is now open for the season for open skate and hockey.
Open skate fees for skaters 17 and under are $5 for residents, $6 for non-residents; adults are $6 for residents, $7 for non-residents; and seniors age 65+ are $4 for residents and $5 for non-residents.
Hockey skate fees for hockey rats 17 and under are $7 for residents/$8 non-residents; adults $7 for residents/ $8 non-residents; and seniors 65+ are $7 for residents/$8 non-residents. Skate rental is also available for $4.

Winter is arriving with a vengeance, which means plenty of ice skating time during the upcoming winter break. So bundle up, lace up your skates, grab your hockey stick, and enjoy the polar vortex. Skate times for the weekend are:
Friday, Dec. 16
Open Skate: 5 to 7 p.m.
Rat Hockey: 7 to 9 p.m.

Open Skate: 1 to 2:30 p.m.
Sunday, Dec. 18
Open Skate: 2 to 6 p.m.
