New CAVA EP Location Offers Mediterranean-Inspired Bowls, Pitas, Dips, And Dressings.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL – When you’re on the go and are looking for something healthier than a Big Mac, CAVA, which serves delicious food that helps people eat well and live well, has opened a new location at 9540 S. Western Ave., Evergreen Park.

Founded in 2010, CAVA operates over 400 locations throughout the country. CAVA was named “America’s Favorite Healthy Food Chain” by Delish Magazine.

The fast-casual dining restaurant serves Mediterranean-inspired bowls, pitas, dips, and dressings. These menu offerings, combined with an emphasis on hospitality and serving others, have created diverse, passionate followers who flock to new restaurant openings.

As is customary before the opening of a new restaurant, CAVA invites its new neighbors to the table for a free meal, accepts donations to support a local cause, and matches those donations up to $1,000. Since 2019, this companywide community day program has raised more than $600,000 in donations, mostly targeted at improving food security in local communities. CAVA’s Evergreen Park Community Day event is raising funds for Evergreen Park Food Pantry.

The new American-Mediterranean restaurant in Evergreen Park will bring 25 to 40 jobs to the community. The company prioritizes hiring local people for their hospitality and warmth and is dedicated to creating career pathways for its team members.
