Celebrate Adoption: November 21st 1pm at Bethel Bible in Evergreen Park
Saturday November 21st is National Adoption Day and Bethel Bible Church is hosting a Celebrate Adoption Day with entertainment, food and fun
In honor of National Adoption Day, Bethel Bible Church will be hosting a Celebrate Adoption event which will include: A.J. The Animated Illusionist, music, food, give-aways, fun, laughter and adoption support workshops. This will all take place Saturday November 21st, 1pm at Bethel Bible Church 3225 W. 96 St, Evergreen Park.
The church’s pastor, Steve Worsham, who also was adopted as a child, will be heading up the festivities and just wants to ensure that adoptive families understand that there are people who appreciate the ups and downs that they are experiencing and that they are involved in a noble cause. “We just want to encourage them in the Lord, make sure they know they are not alone and give them a reason to smile.”
If you’re adopted, if you have adopted children, or if you’re examining the possibility of adopting, this event is for you. Admission is free.
