Central Middle School's 'Singing Panthers' Earn Seat In April Statewide Contest
Evergreen Park's 'Singing Panthers' earn Division I ranking in Illinois Grade School Music Association's choir competition.
Central Middle School won a place at the table in next month’s state choir competition. The Singing Panthers earned a Division 1 ranking at the Illinois Grade School Music Association Choir Competition on March. 10.
“They sounded incredible,” CMS Principal Rita Sparks said.
The choir is directed by music teacher Lisa Banos-Cruz. Central Middle School will compete against other grade school choirs from around the state.
