Christmas Without Cancer Seeks Sponsors For June Golf Outing

The beloved organization that helps families dealing with cancer is seeking sponsors for its June 29 golf outing. Apply by June 1.

CHICAGO – Christmas Without Cancer is looking for sponsors for its annual golf outing, which is set for Saturday, June 29, at Old Oak Country Club, 14200 S. Parker Glen Road, Homer Glen.

A variety of sponsorship levels, ranging from $1,000 to $150 are currently available. Monetary donations and gift baskets are also appreciated. Deadline for sponsorships is Saturday, June 1, to ensure company logo placement at holes, social media posts, and signage.

The Christmas Without Cancer Golf Outing, which features a four-person scramble, kicks off at noon, with a shotgun start at 1:30 p.m. A banquet will take place at Barraco’s, 3701 95th St., beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Foursome spots are currently available and expected to sell out. Tickets are $175 per golfer, which includes golf and the banquet. Individual tickets will not be sold; golfers must purchase as a foursome. For those who choose not to golf, tickets are $60 per person to attend the banquet only. Foursomes can be purchased here.

For over 22 years, Christmas Without Cancer has helped thousands of people across the Chicagoland area by adopting multiple families who are going through the devastation of cancer, and supplying them with gift cards for groceries, medications, gas, and other “need” items, as well as help with mortgage payments, rent, tuition, daycare, and travel related expenses for treatment.

In 2023 alone, Christmas Without Cancer helped approximately 470 families throughout the year, and 116 families at Christmastime.
