COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic Offered At Central Middle School
The Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available to all students and community members Sept. 4 and Sept. 25, ages 12 and older.
EVERGREEN PARK, IL — All community members, including students who are 12 and older, are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine at Central Middle School, 9400 S. Sawyer Ave., Evergreen Park. The clinic will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sept. 4 and for the second Pfizer dose on Sept. 25.
The 2-dose Pfizer vaccine is available for all ages; and the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine is available for adults 18 and older. The clinic is being held by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
