EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Evergreen Park Elementary School Dist. 124 will host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for residents and students who are 5 years and older and eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine.

The clinic will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11 for the first dose, and for the second dose on Monday, Jan. 3, at Central Middle School, 9400 S. Sawyer Ave.

The Pfizer vaccine will be available for all ages, and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be available for adults 18 and older. Register online for the clinic.
