A surveillance video provided by the owners and posted on the 19th Ward News Facebook page, showed orders were still being taken at the drive-thru window. All that stopped when the person with the gun jumped over the counter and ushered employees into the back.

The purported robbers demanded money from employees and cash registers. They fled with an unknown amount of cash in the same car they pulled up in, where a third person was believed to be waiting, according to the video.
