Encore Plays Ravinia-Style Concert This Sunday In Evergreen Park

EVERGREEN PARK, IL -- Evergreen Park kicks off another memorable summer of Ravinia-style outdoor concerts this Sunday, June 2. The Encore Concert Band will perform at 6 p.m. in Klein (Circle) Park, 97th Street and Homan Avenue. The concert is free.

The Encore Concert Band is a community-based performance ensemble, comprised of over 60 musicians from the south and west suburbs. The ECB performs a wide variety of music, from the classics to Broadway hits, ensuring that there is always something for any music lover to enjoy at their concerts.

So grab your chair, blanket and picnic basket and enjoy a relaxing Sunday evening of music in the park before the work week starts. It may be a little chilly so wear a jacket. You might also want to bring some plastic to put under your blanket or lawn chair. Don't forget the mosquito repellant.
