EP Libray Foundation Hosts Windy City ThunderBolts Fundraiser

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Enjoy the national pastime and support a good cause at the same time. The Evergreen Park Library Foundation will be hosting a fundraiser Sunday, Aug. 11 at Ozinga Field, when the Windy City ThunderBolts battle the Washington Wild Things.

Game time is 1:05 p.m. at Ozinga Field, 14011 S. Kenton Ave., Crestwood.

It’s also family day at the ballpark, which means face painting, a live animal show, postgame catch on the diamond, autographs and souvenirs.

Tickets are $11, $5 of which go to the library foundation, and must be purchased online through the group portal login by entering the promo code: LIBRARY. No foundation tickets can be purchased at the gate on game day.
