EP Summer Concerts Open Sunday With 50s Tribute Band 'The StingRays'

The StingRays open Evergreen Park's summer concert season this Sunday, June 11, at Klein Park. Save the dates for the rest of the concerts.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Enjoy the greatest rock and roll ever written, authentically and passionately with 50s tribute band The StingRays, which opens the Evergreen Park Recreation Department's free Concerts in the Parks series. The show 6 p.m. Sunday, June 11, in Klein Park, 97th Street and Homan Avenue.

The rec department is planning five free concerts in the parks throughout the summer. Pack your picnic basket, bring your blankets or lawn chairs, and treat your family and friends to some outstanding entertainment. Don't forget the mosquito repellent.
