EPCHS Art Teacher's Photo Selected For Art Educator Exhibit
Evergreen Park Community High School art teacher Libby McArthur's photo "Wasteland" selected for exhibition July 5 at Bridgeport Art Center.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL – Libby McArthur, an art teacher at Evergreen Park Community High School, has her artwork on display at the 2022 Art Educator Exhibition at the Bridgeport Art Center in Chicago. McArthur is one of just 65 art teachers across Illinois to be selected for the 7th annual exhibit that runs from May 14 through July 5 this year.
McArthur’s photograph, titled “Wasteland,” is the work selected.
“I am incredibly honored and excited to show my own photograph,” McArthur said. “Hopefully, this will inspire and encourage my students to chase their own photo dreams.”

The Art Educator Exhibition is presented by ArtConnectED and the Illinois Art Education Association. A reception will be held on Friday, June 17, from 7-10 p.m. at the Bridgeport Art Center’s 3rd Floor Gallery, 1200 W. 35th Street, Chicago.
