EPCHS Holds First Ever Halloween Happenings
It was a free event for Evergreen Park families with children 8 years old and younger.
EVERGREEN PARK, IL — With snowy weather on Halloween, student volunteers at EPCHS were so glad they held the school's first ever Halloween Happenings on October 24. It was a free event for Evergreen Park families with children 8 years old and younger, and thanks to the community, there were about 140 attendees.
There were games and snacks, a costume parade, dance party and movie, and lots of Halloween fun! Mrs. Safranek and her Art Club students helped to create some beautiful pumpkins, and Mr. Minarik and the Photo Club took some great photo booth pics. Mrs. Kazin said, "Thanks to all of our student volunteers who made Halloween Happenings a huge success!"
