EPCHS Hosts 1st Annual Illinois State Scholar Breakfast
Students were commended for their outstanding academic achievement.

On Wednesday, January 9, twenty-three Evergreen Park Community High School seniors, along with their parents, attended the school’s first Illinois State Scholar Breakfast hosted by Superintendent Tom O’Malley and Principal Bill Sanderson. Students were commended for their outstanding academic achievement and received embroidered sweatshirts proudly displaying the EPCHS Illinois State Scholar status. “Achieving the title of Illinois State Scholar took a work ethic that put academics at the forefront of your high school career and, because of that, you are receiving the results of that dedication,” stated Mr. O’Malley.
