EPCHS Says Goodbye to Retiring Staff Members

With a combined 73 years of service, they will say goodbye to four staff members.

Congratulations to Evergreen Park High School’s retiring staff members. With a combined 73 years of service, students and staff will say goodbye to Ms. Serene Dorgan, Ms. Deb Friedman, Ms. Christina Kladis, and Mr. Raymond Schellenberger.

Ms. Dorgan is the school’s Registrar and Administrative Assistant for the Guidance Office. During her career, she also assisted with the Leadership/Snowball program, the Sunshine Fund, the famous Vendor Fair event, the Scholarship Board, Relay for Life, and the Freshman Mentor Program. Ms. Dorgan will retire with 21 years of service.

Ms. Deb Friedman is the school’s Technology Director. She was part of the team that initiated the 1:1 iPad deployment four years ago. In the past, Ms. Friedman was a junior high math teacher, consultant, business owner, and Director of Technology at another school district. Ms. Friedman will retire with five years of service.

Ms. Christina Kladis is an EPCHS Custodian. She has worked very hard with her team to be sure the facility needs of students and staff are met. Ms. Kladis will retire with 22 years of service.

Mr. Raymond Schellenberger is an EPCHS School Counselor. During his career, he created a Workshop Intern Class, Student Assistance Team, and Student Leadership Program. He was also Director of the Snowball Program. Mr. Schellenberger will retire with 25 years of service.
