Evergeen Park Library Brings Programs To Stay-At-Home Patrons

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Although the physical building is closed for the duration of the governor’s stay-at-home order to slow the spread of coronavirus, the Evergreen Park Public Library is open and has made available many of its programs virtual for self-quarantining residents. Programs from prerecorded story hours for the little ones to digital ebooks and audiobooks can be found on the library’s website.

Original content is posted daily on the library’s Facebook and Instagram pages, including Miss Laura’s story time, craft and instructional videos, and book reviews — all produced by community members and library staff.

• If your library card has expired, email gomeza@evergreenparklibrary.org to extend your expiration date. Patrons may experience some delay before the extension is activated.
