Evergreen Park HS to Play Rival Oak Lawn in Annual Scaduto Series
This year these two rivals will not only be competing for the coveted trophy, they will also be working together to help a great cause.

Next week is rivalry week at Evergreen Park Community High School! On Friday, January 25 the EPCHS Boys Basketball team will be taking on the Oak Lawn High School Spartans at home at 7:30 pm for a chance to “Grab the Wheel” in the Scaduto Series. Len Scaduto was a legendary Coach at Oak Lawn High School for many years and his son was the Boys Coach at EPCHS so we decided to up the rivalry a little with a traveling trophy to honor them. This year these two rivals will not only be competing for the coveted trophy, they will also be working together to help a great cause.
In conjunction with Share Your Soles and the school's Service Club, we will be hosting a shoe drive. Please bring any gently worn shoes you are willing to donate. Donated shoes will be going to people who may have never even owned a pair. The goal is to provide good, clean shoes to those in need. If you don’t have any gently used shoes to donate, we will also be collecting cash donations at the game.
Also worth noting is Coach Flannigan and Coach Rhodes will be coaching the game barefoot to raise awareness to Share Your Soles.
