Evergreen Park Library Accepting Donations for Giant Book Sale

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Donate your treasure trove of books, audiobooks, VHS videos, CDS and DVDs to the Evergreen Park Public Library Foundation’s annual gigantic summer book sale Aug. 1 through Aug. 6.

Donations can be dropped off at the circulation desk during the library’s regular business hours at 9400 S. Troy Ave., Evergreen Park.

The library could also use some volunteers at the sale. Students in grades 6-12 can earn community service hours by volunteering at the library's book sale. Adults and teens interested in volunteering can sign up for a slot online.

Sorry, no magazines, textbooks or encyclopedias. Items to be donated must be in good condition. The library cannot pick up donations. For more information, contact Julie Keaty at keatyj@evergreenparklibrary.org.
